There aren't enough life guards to open Liberty Lagoon in Baton Rouge this weekend, BREC says

The Liberty Lagoon water park on Lobdell Avenue won’t be opening Memorial Day weekend as expected due to a shortage of certified lifeguards, the Baton Rouge parks and recreation agency said Thursday.
