Parent company of Borden Dairy milk plant in Lafayette files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy

Dallas-based Borden Dairy Company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Sunday, which includes its subsidiary Borden Dairy Company of Louisiana LLC.
