New tropical storm forms in Atlantic Ocean as Hurricane Danielle weakens

Tropical Storm Earl is the fifth named storm of the 2022 Atlantic basin hurricane season. The fourth, Hurricane Danielle in the northern mid-Atlantic, was downgraded Saturday morning to a tropical storm.
