Man arrested in Baker standoff accused of April shooting that killed 1, wounded bystander

The man arrested after a four-hour standoff in Baker on Tuesday is accused of shooting and killing a man at a Scotland Avenue convenience store last week, Baton Rouge police said in a Facebook post.
