Louisiana to ban using SNAP for soda, candy as state embraces RFK Jr.'s 'MAHA' movement

Louisianans who get federal food assistance through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, will soon be unable to use those benefits to purchase soft drinks, energy drinks or candy.
