Lending a hand: Baker Police officers respond to need after Hurricane Laura hits Lake Charles area

Baker Police Chief Carl Dunn coordinated a small caravan Saturday to help Lake Charles residents who evacuated to Baker return to their homes to survey damage and make initial repairs.
