Boil water advisory continues in Killian, source of brown water still unknown, town says

City leaders in Livingston Parish’s town of Killian said Wednesday that they still don’t know what is causing the discoloration the town’s water supply, which has led to an ongoing emergency declaration and boil water advisory.
